From Promised Land to Start-Up Nation – Our Voice Endures Theme: Innovation, Pride, Leadership, Resilience
Our journey focuses on the enduring power of our voice—one that has echoed from the ancient blast of the shofar to the innovations of today.
The day’s activities will take place at The Squadron, located in the World Trade Center, where teens will engage in challenging F-35 flight simulator missions and in-depth briefing sessions, based on the learning methodologies and culture of the Israeli Air (IAF) which fosters leadership development, decision making in complex and changing realities, and developing self-confidence and personal excellence. Engaging with IAF fighter pilots followed by flying over the landscapes and holy sites of Israel will reinforce how Israeli innovation, courage, and persistence ensure the homeland of the Jewish people survives and thrives. Guided by a Virtual Reality experience featuring Albert Einstein and breakthrough technologies from Technion University, teens will explore profound discoveries like the theory of relativity, drip irrigation, prosthetic hands, and the Iron Dome system. Hands-on drone activities, obstacle courses, and Krav Maga workshops invite participants to connect the wisdom of our ancestors with the courage and resilience required to shape the future. This blending of past and present reminds us that honoring our heritage strengthens us to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
